Order Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be changed. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We believe in what we build. That’s why we offer a 100-day money-back guarantee—no hassle. Just try your Pharinity product for at least 14 days to give it a fair shot. If it’s not right for you, simply request a return anytime between days 15–100 from your purchase.

Please note: shipping costs (if charged) are non-refundable. Also return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

We take care in packaging, but sometimes things happen in transit. We define damage as a defect or a product that arrives physically broken. Damage to the outer packaging (like a dented box) without product harm is not considered a damaged item.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at help@pharinity.com with a clear photo of the issue. If the damage qualifies, we’ll send you a free replacement. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for damage due to wear and tear or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order on time, Pharinity is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other third parties. If your shipment is lost, delayed, or stolen, please reach out to the shipping provider directly for assistance.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout. If you entered the wrong address and do not notify us within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund or reshipment.
